Description
500 liter tilting boiler for the manufacture of food products with an agitation process to homogenize the different mixtures.
It has a flat lid with a fixed central part where the support bridge for the two agitators is located. Folding front and rear parts.
Double chamber in two half parts for heating the product. Allows differentiated heating of the lower and upper parts. They can work combined or separately. The heating fluid can be thermal oil or industrial steam (max. 3 bar.).
The double chamber is protected by a third chamber lined with 50 mm thick rock wool.
The tank is supported on two columns by two horizontal outer shafts, which in turn rest on bearings with cast iron supports. This allows, through a reducer, the overturning of the boiler for the emptying of the product.
The two agitators of the reactor are:
– Slow agitator of the anchor type, with fixed scrapers and current breakers.
– Fast agitator “Turbine” type.
